📝 Other Things to Note •The building is over 100 years old. Although the electrical panel has been upgraded, plugging in too many modern appliances at one time in any one area of the apartment (e.g. the kitchen) may trip the circuit breaker. Using one appliance at a time in the kitchen is best. •Street parking only. Availability may be very limited during peak hours, but public transportation is conveniently located nearby. •The condo is accessed by stairs from the street entrance. There is no elevator access. Please review and make sure you understand all House Rules before confirming your reservation. •Early check-in or late check-out must be requested in advance and is subject to availability. Additional fees may apply. •The booking guest will be required to complete an e-signed renter agreement on behalf of all guests. This ensures all house rules are acknowledged prior to arrival. •The booking guest will also need to complete a simple ID collection process through our third-party guest portal partner, Happy Guest. •A $250 refundable security deposit authorization may be placed before check-in and will be released within 7 days after check-out, provided there are no damages or violations of the house rules. Failure to complete the booking process may result in the reservation being canceled at the host's discretion.
