Additional charges may apply. • The primary guest who makes the reservation is required to complete and electronically sign a rental agreement on behalf of all guests, confirming acknowledgment of the property's rules and policies prior to arrival. • The booking guest must also complete a secure identity verification process through our trusted third-party guest portal, Happy Guest. • A refundable security deposit authorization of $250 may be required before check-in. This authorization will be released within 7 days after departure, provided no damages occur and all house rules have been followed. Please note that failure to complete any of the required pre-arrival steps may result in cancellation of the reservation at the host's discretion.
