In order to ensure guests are not washing sand down the shower/tub drain and keep the drain catcher in place, we must now implement a $250 Deposit HOLD during the booking process, which is automatically released 2 days after guest check-out. The building is over 100 years old. Although the electrical panel has been upgraded, plugging in too many modern appliances at one time in any one area of the apartment (e.g. the kitchen) may trip the circuit breaker. Using one appliance at a time in the kitchen is best. Please note: the booking guest will be required to e-sign a renter agreement on behalf of all the guests included on the reservation; this ensures the house rules have been acknowledged. Likewise, booking guests will need to complete simple guest verification process from our 3rd party vendor, Happy Guest, in order to provide a damage protection policy at no cost to the guest. Failure to complete the process successfully will result in a reservation cancelation.
