🎉 Welcome to Long Beach! Enjoy your stay in this vibrant coastal city condo —everything you need is just steps away! If you want to be a few blocks away from the beach and be able to walk to many tourist attractions, then this condo is one of the best & affordable choices. Things to keep in mind: This is an older condo building with portable AC and a window AC in one bedroom. On the hottest days of summer, the condo can get cooled to 76 degrees. Please do not expect central AC coolness. Being so close to the water, having the windows open also helps cool the unit. Parking is street only and can be limited during certain times of the day. Free transportation is provided by City of Long Beach. While the condo living space is 1 level, there are stairs to get upstairs to the unit once you enter from the street front door. For those used to city living, having a condo building that's on the street won't cause any culture shock. If you are not used to living in an urban city environment, please be aware of that we cannot be responsible for street noise or people living nearby. All that said, here are some great spots to explore nearby: 🍳 Breakfast, Brunch & Lunch ⭐ Zuzu’s Petals (3rd & Olive) – Just 3 blocks north and 1 block west. Delicious bites in a cozy setting—5 stars! 🍽️ The Breakfast Bar – 2 blocks west, 1 block north on Atlantic. A local favorite for breakfast lovers! 🏖️ Beach Access Just 1 block east across the street. Take the stairs at S 2nd Pl (just east of Bonito Ave) for sand & surf! 🥩 Dining & Restaurants 🥂 555 East Steakhouse – Fine dining just 3 blocks west on Linden Ave. 🍷 Ruth’s Chris Steak House – At the Convention Center, 0.5 miles west. 🐟 King’s Fish House – Along the Promenade, near Ruth’s Chris. In order to ensure guests are not washing sand down the shower/tub drain and keep the drain catcher in place, we must now implement a $250 Deposit HOLD during the booking process, which is automatically released 2 days after guest check-out. The building is over 100 years old. Although the electrical panel has been upgraded, plugging in too many modern appliances at one time in any one area of the apartment (e.g. the kitchen) may trip the circuit breaker. Using one appliance at a time in the kitchen is best. Please note: the booking guest will be required to e-sign a renter agreement on behalf of all the guests included on the reservation; this ensures the house rules have been acknowledged. Likewise, booking guests will need to complete simple guest verification process from our 3rd party vendor, Happy Guest, in order to provide a damage protection policy at no cost to the guest. Failure to complete the process successfully will result in a reservation cancelation.

Bonnie était incroyable ! Très réactive concernant l'enregistrement et toujours prête à aider, elle a répondu à toutes mes questions ! L'endroit était parfait pour notre séjour du week-end, très accessible à pied depuis et vers le centre de conventions de Long Beach. Le logement correspondait à la description et aux photos, et il était facile à entretenir et à quitter grâce aux instructions de Bonnie ! Bonnie was amazing! Very responsive about check in and any help she could be, and any questions I asked! The place was perfect for our weekend stay, very walkable to and from the Long Beach Convention center. It matched the description and photos and was easy to take care of and check o it thanks to Bonnie’s instructions!

Traversez la rue pour aller à la plage ou faites le tour du pâté de maisons vers Broadway pour déguster de très bons plats chez Roscoe’s. Je vais certainement garder cette adresse pour de futurs séjours !!! Merci beaucoup !! This location was awesome! The home was so inviting and relaxing. I really admired the interior of this place. The windows, the flooring, the staircase. Prime location for sure! Cross the street to hit the beach or circle the block towards Broadway to get some real good food at Roscoe’s. Definitely keeping this location saved for future stays!!! Thank you so much!!

We were in town for a music festival down the street and this was the perfect place. Walking distance to coffee, restaurants, bars, and the beach! The space was easy to find and access and was bright and spacious. Loved the big open floor plan with all the windows for natural light. Bonnie was attentive and responsive throughout our stay. Would definitely consider staying again next time I'm in town!
