â˘This Cabin retreat is an one-of-a-kind experience, to live off-the-grid and get a taste of being unplugged. â˘Solar electricity powers the compound, but we've limited the appliances that use a lot electricity. â˘Internet is available via Starlink. Cellphone signal strength will be dependent upon your carrier. â˘We're replacing common appliances with off-grid friendly ones...e.g. coffee maker is pour over, not a plugged in drip coffee machine. â˘This is a wilderness retreat. Wild animals may be encountered in the woods when hiking. Please be alert and prepared. Please review and make sure you understand all House Rules before confirming your reservation. â˘Early check-in or late check-out must be requested in advance and is subject to availability. Additional fees may apply. â˘The booking guest will be required to complete an e-signed renter agreement on behalf of all guests. This ensures all house rules are acknowledged prior to arrival. â˘The booking guest will also need to complete a simple ID collection process through our third-party guest portal partner, Happy Guest. â˘A $250 refundable security deposit authorization may be placed before check-in and will be released within 7 days after check-out, provided there are no damages or violations of the house rules. đ Failure to complete the booking process may result in the reservation being canceled at the host's discretion.
