Solar electricity powers the compound, but we've limited the appliances that use a lot electricity. Internet is available via Starlink. Cellphone signal strength will be dependent upon your carrier. We're replacing common appliances with off-grid friendly ones...e.g. coffee maker is pour over, not a plugged in drip coffee machine. ** This is a wilderness retreat. Wild animals may be encountered in the woods when hiking. Please be alert and prepared.
